UPDATED 21/01/21 In light of the on-going COVID-19 restrictions and both our and our visiting promoters' and artists' desire to safeguard the health of our audiences, performers and staff, all upcoming shows for the foreseeable future continue to be either postponed or cancelled.
It's very unlikely that any of the shows that are currently scheduled for the first few months of 2021 will be going ahead as we will still be closed. We can't amend the website or give you new dates until we get the go ahead from promoters.
We're trying to ensure that customers are informed as quickly as possible, with phone calls and emails to all ticket holders for affected shows (providing you've left contact details with us!). Social media will not be updated as often as possible, with our Marketing team currently flexi-furloughed and working only Monday and Thursday mornings.
With continued furloughs across the industry under the government's Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme, it's not always possible to get updated show details to you in good time. Please rest assured that as soon as we know anything, you will too.
Our physical Box Office is now closed, Email is the best way to contact them, but one person is still at the end of the phone: currently, Mon and Thu, 11am to 2pm. They're extremely busy though so do bear with them.
Tickets will automatically be refunded to the card you paid with for cancelled shows, you don't need to contact us. If you paid with cash, then we will get this to you as soon as it is safe to do so. For postponed shows, tickets will be valid for the new date, but refunds are offered as an alternative.
If you do have a ticket refunded and can afford to donate this back to us, we would greatly appreciate it as an independent charity who has just lost 2-months' worth of business overnight. This outbreak is going to have a lasting and unknown impact on the cultural and arts landscape and any amount you can give will make a difference.
We look forward to welcoming you back soon and are sending you all best wishes for good health in the meantime.
Upcoming shows listed chronologically. If the show you're interested in isn't listed we don't yet have details to pass on.
