Due to government advice surrounding COVID-19 The Queen's Hall is physically closed until further notice.
If you are looking for show updates, please look at the individual page or read our summary update here.
As the majority of our staff have been furloughed under the government's Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme, we currently have just one person looking after the Box Office. If you have a question that isn't answered here or elsewhere on the website, please email them in the first instance: email@example.com. During July, the Box Office working hours (including the phone line) are 11am-2pm, Monday and Thursday, with a voicemail facility at other times: +44 (0)131 668 2019. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Box Office opening hours
Our physical Box Office is currently closed due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus. Please contact us via the telephone number or email address above. Please note we are extremely busy dealing with the many postponements and cancellations caused by the pandemic. We will contact all ticket holders directly as soon as we have an update on individual shows. During July, the Box Office is only manned 11am-2pm on a Monday and Thursday.
We accept all major credit cards except American Express. The Queen's Hall gift vouchers can be used over the phone or online if they show a reference number. If there is no reference number you will need to make the purchase in person.
There is a £1 transaction fee on all telephone, online and postal purchases. This is per sale, not per ticket. This helps fund our Box Office provision and is not a card charge.
The ticket price shown is the price you will pay. If you would like to know which tickets include a £2 booking fee, please ask the Box Office.
Tickets can be posted out up to seven days in advance of the event for a cost of £1.00 per booking. These are sent out by second class post, usually the day after you make your booking. Please allow a bit of extra time for delivery during busy periods (e.g. Christmas) or bad weather. Postage is only available to UK addresses.
All charges are correct as of April 2019.
Please note there is no in-person access to the Box Office at this time (updated 18.03.20).
Concessionary priced tickets are available where indicated. If you are booking these online, please bring proof of eligibility with you to the event.
We do not offer refunds unless an event is cancelled or postponed. For sold out events we may be able to resell your tickets on your behalf but cannot guarantee this. You can read our full terms and conditions here. During this unprecedented time when we have lost 2-months of business overnight, we would very much appreciate it if you would consider donating any ticket refunds to us.
Gift vouchers make the perfect present for music lovers and are available to purchase in any denomination here. These can be emailed either to yourself or directly to the person you're buying for - you can even set the date when they're sent so they don't arrive before their birthday, anniversary, Christmas etc. You also have the option to add a message. You will need to have an account with us or set one up to make the purchase. Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date that they're sent.
