Box Office opening hours
For in-person and phone bookings - +44 (0)131 668 2019 - our hours are:
In addition, on event nights the Box Office will open at the same time as the doors/bar (see the individual event page to find this out) and close approximately 15 minutes after the main act has gone on stage.
We accept all major credit cards except American Express. The Queen's Hall gift vouchers can be used over the phone or online if they show a reference number. If there is no reference number you will need to make the purchase in person.
There is a £1 transaction fee on all telephone, online and postal purchases. This is per sale, not per ticket. This helps fund our Box Office provision and is not a card charge.
The ticket price shown is the price you will pay. If you would like to know which tickets include a £2 booking fee, please ask the Box Office.
We encourage everyone to use the 'print-at-home' ticket facility and show these on the screen of a mobile device when arriving at the venue. If you do require physical tickets to be sent out to you, these can be posted out up to seven days in advance of the event for a cost of £1.00 per booking. These are sent out by second class post, usually the day after you make your booking. Please allow a bit of extra time for delivery during busy periods (e.g. Christmas) or bad weather. Postage is only available to UK addresses.
All charges are correct as of April 2019.
We encourage everyone with a mobile device to chose the 'print-at-home' option, rather than opting for printed tickets. However if you do still need physical tickets, these can be collected in person from the Box Office any time between making the booking and up to 15 minutes after the show start (please see above for our opening hours). You will need to provide your surname, postcode or booking reference. If you arrive for the show after the Box Office has closed please speak to an Usher who will have your tickets for you. Admission after the start of the show will be subject to the event promoter's guidelines. Read our full Terms and Conditions here.
Concessionary priced tickets are available where indicated. If you are booking these online, please bring proof of eligibility with you to the event.
We do not offer refunds unless an event is cancelled or postponed. For sold out events we may be able to resell your tickets on your behalf but cannot guarantee this. You can read our full terms and conditions here.
Gift vouchers make the perfect present for music lovers and are available to purchase in any denomination here. These can be emailed either to yourself or directly to the person you're buying for - you can even set the date when they're sent so they don't arrive before their birthday, anniversary, Christmas etc. You also have the option to add a message. You will need to have an account with us or set one up to make the purchase. Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date that they're sent.
