Leeds born sitarist, Jasdeep Singh Degun, is one of Britan’s leading voices in the Indian Classical tradition.
His music complements the ancient traditions of raags with contemporary compositional techniques to create sparklingly cinematic music for sitar and strings.
In this collaborative concert, Scottish Ensemble and Jasdeep will spin a musical tale, featuring music from Jasdeep’s Anomaly album, Western classical string repertoire, and a new work by Jasdeep.
