The award-winning Edinburgh Singers bring their 2018-19 season to a close with a concert of late romantic masterpieces.  The highlight of the evening is Puccini’s stunning Messa di Gloria, rightly considered an essential part of any choir’s repertoire.

The first half will include the piece Anton Bruckner considered his finest, his Te Deum, along with Brahms’ Alto Rhapsody.  The evening is rounded off with a performance of Mascagni’s ever-popular Easter Hymn from Cavalleria Rusticana – always a fixture in the Classic FM Hall of Fame!

They are joined by four of today’s most in demand soloists along with The Edinburgh Singers Sinfonia, comprising players from Scotland’s national orchestras, all under the guidance of Musical Director, Alistair Digges.
