Following last year's epic Fringe show, Edinburgh’s Dan Willson, aka Withered Hand, returns to The Queen's Hall with a host of special guests, including indie godhead Darren Hayman (Hefner), Gordon McIntyre (Ballboy) and no less a compere than comedy livewire Josie Long.

Lauded by Rolling Stone, MOJO and Jarvis Cocker, Dan is a member of Fife’s Fence Collective and his brilliant debut album, Good News, continues to win fans and crop up in unlikely places (Skins, MTV), while this year’s Heart Heart EP further showcased Willson’s knack for glorious, wry, ravaged alt-rock.

"Sometimes it takes one spellbinding live performance before an artist’s seemingly obvious-to-everyone-else talent really sinks in. I’ve always appreciated Dan Willson’s songcraft in a rather passive way, but I walked away from this Withered Hand solo show a fully subscribed fan - and I wasn’t the only one." (The Scotsman)
"beautifully constructed lyrical frameworks" (MOJO)
