East meets west as thrillingly theatrical Japanese percussion combines with jazz creativity in this spectacular collaboration by the hugely acclaimed Mugenkyo Drummers and the internationally lauded Scottish National Jazz Orchestra.

As the UK’s first and only professional Taiko group, over the past fifteen years Mugenkyo has become synonymous with stunningly visual performances that range from industrially powerful rhythms to delicately expressive bamboo flute sequences and have wowed audiences from Glastonbury to Cork Jazz Festival to the Last Night of the Proms.
