Her seemingly effortless mix of folk, pop, jazz and R & B has seen her explore new musical paths on recent albums like The Evening Of My Best Day, The Sermon on Exposition Boulevard and Balm in Gilead where she collaborated with artists like Lyle Lovett, Mike Watt, Alison Krauss, Vic Chesnutt and Ben Harper.
