East Texas singer-songwriter Michelle Shocked prepares for the 20th Anniversary of her pioneering Arkansas Traveler album with the Roadworks Vol. 1 tour.

When Michelle burst on the scene her narrative folk songs spoke of personal struggles, longing and love.  She has since explored various music styles including gospel, rock and now folk-soul-rock, her songs have retained an honest clarity about life's greater truths.
