The Hagen Quartet, perhaps the most famous family group in the classical music world, has been at the forefront of international chamber music since Rainer Schmidt joined Veronika Hagen and her two brothers Lukas and Clemens in 1987. They made their first visit to New Town Concerts in the same year and we are honoured to welcome the same four back in their role as one of the most longstanding and eminent quartets of today.
