The 2018 sell-out Edinburgh Fringe Festival production is back for World Antibiotics Awareness Week 2018.

Alexander Fleming’s death-defying, worldly wonder antibiotic drugs have saved us for the last 90 years. But with bacterial resistance growing, doomsday approaches. What better way to fight back than with a musical of epic proportions?

Join us for this brand new musical about the threat of antibiotic resistance, plus activities about superbugs, including petri dish art, live debates and a look back in time to the dark ages before wonder drugs. At times comedic and at times threatening an all-too-possible dystopian nightmare, this event is suitable for adults and families alike.

Doors open at 11:00, with stalls and hands-on activities for all ages. Performance at 13:00.

"Informative, educational, funny, silly and delightful, with highlights being the Great War Zombie Army, a team of pernicious dancing bacteria and some hilarious scientific fun-poking to a very sold out, appreciative and engaged audience.”

(West End Wilma)

"On paper, a musical about antibiotic resistance may not seem like the most entertaining of subjects, but The Mould The Changed The World proves that even informative topics can stand up the with the best of musicals. A hugely enjoyable and educational show filled with the most infectiously catchy songs.”
