Wheelchair Access
The Queen's Hall is accessible to wheelchair users via the entrance next to the Box Office, or to the rear of the building.
Guide Dogs
Please advise our box office when purchasing your ticket if you are bringing a guide dog. We will try to seat you in an area that is comfortable for both you and your dog.
Assistive Listening
There is an induction loop in the main auditorium to assist patrons who have hearing difficulties. By turning the hearing aid to the T position, sound will be picked up directly from the stage.
Disabled WC
There is a wheelchair accessible toilet situated in the corridor on the way to the bar. We also have a baby changing unit within the disabled WC.
