Playing Politics

13 August 2010 at 9:30pm
at St Bride's Centre

Wicked musical comedy from Scotland's own political parody specialists. Maverick ministers - electioneering Old Etonians - bonus-happy bankers - plummeting public finances - bed-hopping backbenchers - pontificating parliamentarians. MPs, MSPs, Ministers and their minions, not to mention that bloke who sent in a bill for his bell-tower: nothing and no-one escapes an on-song dressing-down from Playing Politics. Lyrically savage, musically adroit and totally unbroadcastable: see it live or lose it forever!

Couldn't get tickets last year? Two extra shows for 2010!

'Brilliant satirical songsters' (Joyce Macmillan, Scotsman)

'Sharpest pencils in the political box - genuinely inspired and funny.' (Iain MacWhirter, Herald)

PLEASE NOTE: This event takes place in the Back Room of the Acoustic Music Centre @ St Bride's Centre, Orwell Terrace, Edinburgh, EH11 2DZ.
