Bill Adair
25 August 2010 at 9:30pmat St Bride's Centre
With his rich vocals and carefully crafted guitar style, Bill Adair is one of Scotland's most respected singer/songwriters. Bill's music combines influences from folk and blues to address the age-old and universal themes of love, work, loss and redemption. His album of original mining songs, "Along The Miners' Rows" (2008) received critical acclaim while, "Dusty Boots On A Gravel Road" (2010), is a more personal collection. In concert Bill's songs are complemented by a natural story-telling ability that is at once both thought-provoking and entertaining. A show not to be missed. "Affecting songs" (Sunday Herald).
