Latecomers

Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the concert. It is regretted that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase except in the case of the cancellation of a performance. Programmes and artists are subject to change. We regret that booking fees are non-refundable.

Concessions

Concessions where offered are available to Senior Citizens, the Unwaged, Students and Disabled people, which includes those in receipt of attendance allowance. In the case of visually impaired patrons and those in wheelchairs, the concession is further extended to one escort. Please let us know if you would like us to accommodate your wheelchair in the Hall. If in doubt please ask and to avoid confusion bring the relevant documents with you. However, we cannot currently offer concessions online.

Data Protection

When booking tickets, your information will be retained and may be used for future Queen's Hall mailings. In addition, it may occasionally be used for mailings on behalf of other arts venues or events. If you would prefer not to be included in such mailings, please contact the Box Office.
